At the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000 Dick Johnson Racing celebrated their 1000th championship race start. The first team in ATCC/Supercars history to do so. It was fitting for that milestone to be achieved at the Mount Panorama circuit. DJR's first ATTC race was at Symmons Plains in 1981, where Dick Johnson raced his legendary Tru-Blu XD Falcon. This two sided gold plated metal medallion celebrates the 1st and 1000th championship races and the respective DJR cars. On one side is Dick's 1981 Tru-Blu Falcon XD, on the other side are the De Pasquale/D'Alberto and the Davison/Davison 2022 Shell V-Power Racing Mustangs. The medallion is 100mm in diameter and 4mm thick. Presented in a removable 148mm x 148mm clear acrylic display stand which also protects the medallion. All-up weighing approx. 1.8Kg. Limited Edition of 750 pieces, with a numbered Certificate.
