  • 1/72 1930s de Havilland Dragon Rapide BEA
    British European Airways (BEA) De Havilland Dragon Rapide 1930s passenger airliner. A twin engined aircraft with tapered wings and streamlined fairings, which proved to be a very successful, fast and comfortable, commercial aircraft. Used by the RAF for passenger and communications duties at the start of WW2. A slightly modified version (Dominie) was used by the RAF and RN later in the war for radio and navigation training. A great wee, well detailed, model. Rotating props, and comes with a display stand. Approx. 14.5cm x 20cm (5.75" x 8").

  • 1/200 1942 DC-3
    This Douglas DC-3/C-47 has had a long and interesting life. Constructed in 1942 as a C47-DL she was sent overseas in 1943. After the war she was purchased by a former WWII pilot and nicknamed “Betsy”. In 1946 she became Cathay Pacific Airways first ever aircraft, and registered as VR-HDB. After being sold in the 1950's she spent the best part of 30 years flying cargo in the Australian outback, before being discovered and repurchased by Cathay Pacific. VR-HDB was then repainted in a 1940s CPA scheme and now hangs in the Science Museum of Hong Kong. Metal diecast with some plastic parts. Rotating props. Landing gear can be displayed up or down. Comes with a plastic display stand. Approx. 10cm x 14cm (3.75" x 5.5")

  • 1/72 1952 Twin Beech G-BKGM - Bristol Airways
    Beechcraft Model 18 (Twin Beech) was a 6 to11-seater American trainer and utility aircraft from the late 1930s, twin engine, low wing, tail-wheel light aircraft. Manufactured by the Beech Aircraft Corporation, Wichita, Kansas. Over 9000 Model 18's were produced from 1937 to 1969. It was sold worldwide for both civilian and military use, where its capabilities were endless. Users included the USAAF, US Navy, RAF and the Royal Canadian Air Force. Bristol Airways G-BKGM, 10-seater Twin Beech, was built in 1952 for the Royal Canadian Air Force. Diecast metal model with rotating props. Comes with a display stand, and landing gear which can be posed up or down. Approx. 14cm x 20cm (5.5" x 7.75")

    Lockheed L-188C Electra ZK-TEB, "Atarau". One of three new Electras ordered by TEAL (Tasman Empire Airways Ltd, the forerunner of Air NZ). Delivered to NZ on 22/12/1959, and completed its first operational flight to Fiji and back on 1/1/1960. Sold overseas in 1972. Diecast model with metal body & wings. Rotating metal props, magnetically attached landing gear (posable up or down), and metal display stand. Approx. 16cm x 14.5cm (6.25" x 5/75"). Limited Edition of only 144. A weighty model, and it's a little beauty!

    Royal New Zealand Air Force Lockheed P-3K2 Orion maritime patrol aircraft. S/N NZ4203 of No. 5 Squadron RNZAF, based at Whenuapai, Auckland. This aircraft entered RNZAF service in January 1967 and completed more than 27,000 flying hours by the time it was retired in September 2021. Diecast metal model, perfect for your RNZAF collection.     50th Anniversary special edition James Bond autogyro as featured in the 1967 movie "You Only Live Twice". "Little Nellie" was heavily armed, with two forward-firing machine guns in the nose, two sets of rear-facing twin flamethrowers, small-cluster rocket launchers each side of the cockpit, twin heat-seeking air-to-air missiles fixed under the body, and a payload of aerial mines for ground targets. That's a whole lot of Nellie!! She also had a top speed of 100 mph and a range of 130 miles. This lethal little package could be disassembled to fit into four suitcases, and shipped far and wide. An iconic model from a Bond classic. Rotor span 208mm (8.25"), body approx. 110mm x 55mm x 65mm (4.25" x 2.25" x 2.5").
